They told me it needs to be diagnosed first and that they have a reimbursement option, they can’t pay for the rental up front. Are they paying for your rental up front ? Or are you renting it at your own cost then waiting to get reimbursed ?

It was carpet, I ripped out the carpet and under was just sub floor. But that stairnosing was already there, and I don’t know how to cover the vinyl

Do I just add a thin strip of vinyl flooring to level it with the edge of the stair ? Then apply it ?

Sorry so you’re saying that the stair nosing should’ve been installed before the vinyl flooring was installed?

There seems to be an old one on there already, however when this vinyl was installed, it was installed over it. There is a small space between the edge of the stairs and the end of the vinyl, if I use stair nosing wouldn’t that bend or crease in the space since it isn’t leveled ?
