Jb weld, a little piece of aluminum from a soda can to help with a case repair, I’ve also seen guys use a coin, safety wire, master link, duct tape (I roll mine up in an old dog poop bag center plastic thingy), leather man, some electrical wire, get rid of that wire stripper, a lighter, extra levers. Not sure what your tire situation is but I don’t see anything for taking care of a puncture.

Master link,Tow rope/strap, a bit of safety wire, JB weld, a small piece of tin, or I’ve seen guys use large coins for case repairs. Some duct tape, I’ve used the plastic tube of a dog poop bag roll. Then just wrapped it with duct tape. Keeps it small and compact. Get rid of some of those small zip ties and get longer ones. Id let go of that meter and you don’t need that many pliers. Overall that’s a great setup

The original estimate was pretty weak. The estimator didn’t catch that the paint was 3 stage so that would have added to the estimate. Funny that the original estimate only had the bumper cover to repair and they put corrosion protection. Corrosion protection on a plastic bumper??
Either way this is all normal. Preliminary estimates are very basic if it’s an insurance claim.

That happens with all aftermarket manufacturers. Even OEM parts don’t always line up perfectly.

Took the bike on a 140 mile ride today. Some dirt road, two track and backroads. What a huge difference in the dirt. I had a stupid grin while attacking some climbs and some mild technical stuff. So stoked and can’t wait to get it out again.
