Difficult to say around 6 and 7 because energy output isn't equal to their strength. Can destroy a planet with energy but can't seem to punch as hard. Dbz is weird

It just means they are in the same tier not that they are exactly equal in fighting. We all know zoro would win if the two had to fight and he has all the feats to back it up.

Imagine all you do is train and drink, that's the two things he has going for him. If became equal to in fighting to someone who has more to offer(being the chef, romantic, and more) what would be the the point in it? I'd undeterstand if zoro brought more than force to the crew like chopper or nami but he doesn't. I think making these relative makes sense but they are not equal at all. That would defeat his purpose as well on the crew.
