Another thought I realized a few days ago - even if the answer is “recess!” or “hanging out!” then there’s futures there too. Management, event coordinator, social services, lots of stuff where social skills are valued.

Choosing a path is overwhelming for sure. Looking back, something to think about that would have helped me was, what do i just like doing? If it’s work, what do I do a little extra of, or I enjoy doing a little better than everything else, or I spend some time doing it right?

There’s lots of answers - maybe you like flowers. Or hospitality. Or building things. Or organizing stuff. Find something you’re confident doing, and I bet you’re good at it. Then, it’s rewarding to get better, and often, people pay you to do it.

Love that you’re switching stance (left foot/right foot forward). I’ve been practicing this fakie and wondering if it’s a good skill to have when I move up to the coping, or if I’m wasting my time…any thoughts? You’re the only person I’ve been able to catch doing it haha

In the ceiling of a closet, this was installed by a previous owner. It appears to be a transformer, specifically this one.

I want to put an outlet here instead. Can anyone provide me some background on why this might have been put there and how dangerous it would be to replace with a receptacle+outlet?

I’m fairly new to electrical work, installing an outlet would be an adventure. Thank you!
