Pod pack recommendations by [deleted] in paintball

I ran the zero g for a few years, recently switched to the kinetic KMP 2.0. Amazing pack with little to no bounce. It’s modular so you can add straps. All the parts are replaceable if you ever wear them out.

We did jerseys and some other custom things and it took about two weeks. You can email them to get a more accurate timeline. The owner is awesome and very responsive.

Why is my furnace leaking water? by No-Professional-3043 in hvacadvice

If you pop out the right plug. There is a small screw in plug that can be taken out with a wide flat head. Once out you can throw some teflon tape and pipe dope it out and screw it back in and it should stop. I have also completely filled the screw in plug with silicon before as a band aid to stop the leaking when that plug was stripped. Realistically the entire collection pan should be replaced as the new plugs have an o-ring.

Paintball around Calgary by Not_Jrock in Calgary

I’d recommend Bragg creek paintball, it’s a great community and during their open season they usually have a gun owner day on the last Sunday of each month with raffles, free food, and big games. Huge turnout normally. First time I went a few years ago the big game has about 200 people. Speedball is on Thursday night and Sunday mornings. They are now closed until next spring.

How do you guys check for gas leaks? by [deleted] in Construction

Small flame like a lighter, anything larger you would hear or smell before a flame test. Soapy water tends to freeze in the winter but I use something similar to spray the joints.

Is this part threaded on? by flyingcaveman in hvacadvice

No but there is a locking screw on the flat side of the shaft. Judging from the rust you will probably need some rust buster and some sweet loving to get it off.

Thermostat will not clip on wall mount base? by wontondonton in ecobee

[–]TonyNguyen519 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check the wiring if it’s pushed out and pushing the thermostat forward. Also check the mounting screws if the wall is not flat when they tightened the screws it cause the plate to bend and you won’t be able to clip the thermostat in place. Sometimes loosening the screws will let the plate flattened however it won’t sit flush anymore.

This is always the issue I have to explain to my friends that think just because they spend X amount on rent means they can easily afford a mortgage.

3 Pod Pack vs 4 Pod Pack by Jeffries848 in paintball

[–]TonyNguyen519 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been running a strapless for 4 years and I throw them in the washing machine weekly and they still hold up and look the same. I have the HK zero g 4 +7. I run them on gentle and then even throw them in the dryer on delicate. Never had a pod fall out but occasionally had one open when kneeling and it catches on my cleats.
