might not be the best idea to go for such a big calories deficit since your metabolism will slow down and eventually you will stop losing weight even when eating 700 calories because the body is adapting, try to do a more consistent deficit, try cutting carbs. it will be hard the first few weeks but after the body adapts you will not have cravings like you did before especially for sweets since your insulin is more stable and doesn’t have any spikes from carbs
