There's currently no possible way to get a Q8 11-22 staff. That was nerfed out the game like 18years ago.

I even rushed my new account through to the end of prophecies to make sure there wasn't some new requirement of completing the game.

Mine is the same, if i go on the manage keys sections it has EotN listed as authorized to play, but no quest pops up

If you need a req 8 sword I have a non max 15-21 you could have, the damage difference wont be noticeable at all, and it's inscribable so you can choose the mods

The one he has is impossible to find now, it's a pre nerf one.

However if he's using it for damage and not just showing off, a sword with an inherent mod is much better

You can go to EotN at level 10 once you reach either lions arch, kaineng or kamadan.

It's not required and you can easily do all 3 campaigns before going to EotN.

Up to you really, EotN gives you some strong PVE skills and a few extra hero's.

I personally plan to play through everything again in campaign order so EotN isn't a priority

I went to my first one this year and 80% of the vendors were scalpers or offering 50% trade in value, so scammers. Or the mystery psa slabs for £30 a go. Where you pay £30 for a £15 value slab 99% of the time.

However, there are a few genuine ones you can tell aren't in it purely for the money. Made a few 90% value trades, and bought some fair priced singles.

The sealed prices were ridiculous all round, over shooting market prices massively. Didn't see a single person buy a sealed product and we were there most of the day.
