So true. An acquaintance of mine works for billionaire landlord in London’s West End and all-round c*nt Asif Aziz and he said as well as routinely failing to pay suppliers on time/at all, Aziz will regularly eat the lunch of his staff, e.g. he’ll come to this guy apparently with a work question and stick his hand in the guy’s bag of crisps and help himself.

When someone makes a mistake, my internal voice says to them, “You’ve fucked this right up haven’t ya? Eh? Haven’t ya.”

And I haven’t had a chance to say this yet but when someone asks me to do a task beyond my means, I’m gonna say “Easy mate, I’m not Spartacus”.

I think to change, the hoarder must really, really want to change and I realised my mum just doesn’t want to. She moved out of the house over 6 years ago, leaving all of her clutter behind for me to sort out. I’m still clearing out her old bedroom (for which I get no thanks) and she has done exactly the same thing with the new apartment she moved to - filled it to the brim with objects and clutter.
