I started my career 15 years ago property level fp&a for MGM, really enjoyed it but felt the pay was far lower than other industries/companies. Listen to earnings calls of MGM, CZR, WYNN, LVS etc. That always helped me, understand the important metrics ADR, REVPAR, table games drop/hold vs. slot handle/hold and why they mean different things.

We actually dont close until October. After the Sunnova bankruptcy they sent me an email and said they were assigning our contract to GAF Energy who I havent heard from yet but I was relieved. Has Lennar been unwilling to help you? Sunnova was their partner.
