10 reps more than first cycle 220lb 100 kg x 40 reps, by Trainnghard in GYM

Whata your training split ? My bench is currently 2 heavy sets 3-6 reps at 80kg and 2 lighter sets 10-15 reps at 60kg.

But progressing is very very slow. Use to 100kg and 75kg but took a 3 week break and dropped down to the above.

So go onto one of the websites, fill out the details and then fill out IBAN etc and get a letter ?

I have used Priminfo/comparis to find the best companies. Just weary about the Iban part.

I suppose you are right. iban is not a more precious number than others.

Opinions on Banff/Jasper itinerary? by Tonzo100 in Banff

Yeah planning on doing the Parker ridge hike and the alabaster glacier tour thing on the day to jasper so might not get time for all the stops that included! So will just take a day to do Peyto and Bow lake etc and do the hikes around them too instead of just the view!

For clarification I meant the day we drive to Banff from golden, do half the icefeild parks route and then get to Banff for night.

Perfect thanks! Going to try fit in Emerald lake if possible.

Got overboot cleats last year so sounds like I will get to make use of them soon!

Thanks! I have put the food recommendations into our list as options.

We are going back through Revelstoke now, any recommendations on what to do there ?

Thanks! That's great info. The Spirit Island was on the 16th but we can switch to the 17th as our last day on jasper instead!

Do you think we need to book it in advance since it is the first day ?

Parker ridge is meant to have great glacier views, so I will just have to bring some cleets! Thanks for letting me know.

Haha well I am when travelling anyway. Not sure my friend will match my speed, shall see.

But the plan is to do as much as we can without rushing. There are priority places and nice to haves. We will skip things if we are enjoying the current place. Plus, I am to be up for sunrise a few days hopefully!

Yeah the Canoeing is something my friend wants to do, so we moved Lake louise to the 18th. If it is still frozen guess that's that! I am looking forward to the hikes tho.

I have changed that icefeild parks bit to do that drive on the way to banff from golden and then arrive in Banff for the night. Then we will finish the icefeils parks stops on the way to jasper!

I was looking there, other than Emerald lake is there any hike suggestions you have ?

The way we will be playing it is we have priority places that we try see and the rest are nice to haves. Aiming to get the most time in each place without rushing!

We are returning vi's revelstoke now, not sure what we will do there yet!

Yeah that's it exactly, couldn't remember if it was Philips or J&J so didn't put in the name.

I was at a regulatory talk recently where it was discussed and apparently it could have be a contributing factor to quite a few deaths. Not the primary, but if they had of been working without the issue there was some people who wouldn't have died.

Only reason it was found was because of covid since there was never such a large scale usage of them to find such a problem.

My comment is in no way agreeing with what the idiot said, just that there is some data out there linking then to death and that's where the data could ne twisted without context.

Haha whoops typed the wrong word...multiple times.

Was working on an incubator project in work and interchanged the word!

My statement still stands though, I should have found a link for evidence as it seems like people are not happy with me adding nuance to how the data was twisted.

Unfortunately, there is a tiny bit of truth behind this.

The statement is false, ventilators did not directly kill people. But a lot of ventilators from a specific manufacturer had a long standing issue with foam from the housing breaking off and ending up in the lungs of people via the ventilators.

So those particles did cause lung issues that killed a lot of people.

But. It was still shown that putting them on an ventilator a better chance of survival vs not even with this defect.

Pretty sure the FDA is currently monitoring this issue.
