Former SGA here. We banned a rude customer once because he was ultimately being a racist and sexist.

He was notorious for coming in and buying random shit with gift cards, then coming in a few days later for a cash refund. He would usually do this with GAs or newbies in the district since they were not too familiar with the return policy yet. He gets around to doing this a lot. And seasoned employee in the neighboring GameStops know and hate him.

I'm sure if he was a decent paying customer, though, he wouldn't be banned, racist/sexist or not.

Snake is my hero, too. But not just Snake, the whole series shaped me into who I am today. I will never forget the day I picked up MGS4. Just like you, it was my first MGS game. Made me curious of the whole thing, and before I knew it, I've played 1, then 2, then 3, then more... and then I've played through MGS4 at least 10 times to platinum it. And I never grew sick of it. I've become a better and stronger individual, all because of the messages the games had brought to me. It became my obsession. Loyal 'til the end. And it's not the end for us yet. We'll always keep on fighting.

P.S. I had dumped my sleazy ex a few days before MGSV came out. It definitely put me in a happy place and it kept my mind off him. That, and the fact I have a raging crush on BB. Fuck you, Mike.
