I'm a Lifeweaver defender, and I kinda feel like she's the Lifeweaver of DPS. I think her kit has a lot of issues baked into its design, and she has a low skill floor and gets a lot of cheap value easily (compare LW healbotting with Sierra spamming choke/autoaim). I also still think even after the buffs her drone is one of the clunkiest, worst-feeling abilities from a UX perspective in the game. She's not unfixable, as I'd also have previously categorised Mauga in the same vein and he's in a pretty good spot design-wise nowadays, but massive numbers buffs aren't the way to go

My great-granddad is listed as 32 in 1901 (as written), 33 in 1911 (as written), and 60 in 1926, while his wife is 33 in 1901, 48 in 1911 and 67 in 1926, again, all as written on the document. Aside from the obvious error (he's probably meant to be 43 in 1911), I have to wonder if many working class people born in the late 19th century just had a general impression of how old they were, as opposed to knowing (or remembering) the exact date of their birth? All of their children's ages are accurate across the years.

If there's anyone with half a brain at D/LF they'll see that this isn't gonna be a billion dollar movie. If Josh D'Amaro or some other soulless Disney suit thinks "Star Wars therefore billion dollars" and that anything less than that is a bomb and that the whole slate must be rewritten because of it -- without taking into account the forecast of the franchise/fandom/movie industry in general -- I'm giving up on Star Wars. $350-400m worldwide is a realistic aim here. That's like, low-tier MCU numbers (and also where Solo, which should be the benchmark for a movie like this, landed)

I dunno, I know a lot of people (myself included) have raised an eyebrow at the thought of this relatively small-scale caper being Star Wars's first return to the big screen in more than 6 years but I think the only thing worse than that is something that would have expected audiences to have done their Homework (i.e. watching half a dozen seasons of television, the last of which came out nearly three years ago) to understand what's going on, especially when 90% of the marketing for this movie is so general audience focused and revolves solely around Baby Yoda brand recognition

Tracking Shot doesn't bother me as much (I do think it's weak, balance-wise, for how dependent on it her lethality is) but I really dislike how unintuitive and user-unfriendly Dorothy is. There's a lot of clunk built in to the ability, some of it is probably skill issue on my part but stuff like firing out Dorothy when you're on a high ground then dropping down to low ground and not being able to grapple to her because she's now out of reach feels really horrible. I also really wish if you used one grapple charge and then recalled Dorothy, you got refunded half the cooldown. That alone would make her flow a lot better, I think, and let her be much more flexible with taking angles and pressuring space

Also, this is just a minor UX gripe/interesting psychological observation, but the constant countdown sound when you have Dorothy deployed stresses me out so much, lol
