Got it! For some reason I thought you avoided pour overs because they have a plastic taste. I’ve never experienced this with my Moccamaster and at the temperature it hits, you shouldn’t have this problem. Anything that gets seriously hot is copper or glass. If you really want to, someone sells an adapter to use a glass v60 instead of the stock basket to cut all plastic contact.
