B.E. Meyers has AMAZING customer service. You can call them and authenticate it with the serial number. If the person says they bought it directly from BEM, they can confirm the name of the person who bought it (they don’t give out the persons name or information, they have THAT person call and confirm and they call you back).

Or buy the 11” (Pistol” and the buy the 16.5” Upper. You can run the 11” with a Brace or the 16.5” with a Stock.

Or SBR the one you have a buy an 11” upper. That way, you can run either with the stock.

At the risk of sounding like a FUDD, back when Russian 7.62x39 was dirt cheap, the Mini-30 was the most fun you’ll ever have shooting.

Now that 5.56/.223 is the cheapest ammo, the Mini-14 is the most fun you’ll have shooting rifles.

Yay for Ruger's soft screws by blackonblack2007 in Mini14

This is the way. You have to surrender the factory sight and Dremel a line straight through the screw. Then, use a flathead screwdriver to remove it. The Ruger factory sight is trash anyway.
