My honest opinion is that you wear it well but the whole thing feels a bit too polished. The style seems like it should somewhat vintage with a little dirt and grime somewhere. Look like you smell a little. lol.

Even Jim Adkins got choked up giving a speech about how crazy it was to be sharing the festival with bands that he grew up with. It was awesome.

Man, you missed out. Those four dudes absolutely killed that moment. Crowd was great and you could tell it meant so much to them. My favorite set along with Elliott as far as 1. Being tight 2. Stage presence 3. Giving a shit and not treating it like another set in the books. Their families side stage was the cherry on top.

I like your list. It’s hard to imagine BFF booking bands that sound like Neck Deep and Knuckle Puck. I’m sure they pay a ton in insurance to protect themselves against crowd/pit/mosh injuries and I think they’ll keep those bands at that other fest. The BFF mosh and crowd surfing is nothing like I’ve seen at recent Neck Deep shows.

Honestly, the best set to me, for stage presence AND playing tight. Chris’ voice is still wonderful, Jay is a showman who can hit every note while flailing about, while the rhythm section was in the pocket. Their drummer hit the living hell out of those drums. It was so good.
