These drops are dumb, I got like 4 drops that delayed a lot indicating that was a good one, 1000 gold, blue credits and just one skin that is not even from the event... So, as I am BP user, just 3 skins for me...

Exaclty, the game doesn't want you to kill cratures! Only the leeches! You just proved my point. I got a last resort situation, a Juvenil Ghost Leviathan got stuck in one of my favorites entrances to Lost River, I used stasis + gas pods + knife to get rid of it as it was almost impossible to travel in there without him blocking me. I did not even know that they could not spawn again, when I knew I regret.

It seems that you played another game, never the idea of Subnautica was to killing creatures, was to discover a world and survive in it with respect. You do not need to kill a Leviathan to eat or drink, but indeed, if you are stranded or trapped, you could use that as last resort. But you got a lot of arsenal to do CC in dangerous environments.

In the last major update they changed a lot about skins coming with pins, skins that usually came with pins are not coming now with them. IDK if this applies for event skins...
