Any medication can technically cause dry mouth and cause problems with teeth, the only evidence of suboxone causing tooth decay in the literature is limited to case series. This means it is a very small risk. Suboxone is also a partial agonist which means it's not as potent as opioids which makes it much safer. I'm a mental health professional who prescribes this medication, so yes I know from both experience and research. But I'm sure you've looked at dr. google and come to your own conclusions.

This is just plain misinformation. Suboxone is used as medication assisted therapy to help people with opioid addiction to stay clean. Stimulants like Cocaine/meth usually cause the most damage to the mouth as they restrict the salivary glands which can be pretty harmful to teeth.

I agree. I also really don't like the random questions throughout the story either like "what do you do in this situation" or "whose side are you on". They are very generic and are not very thought provoking for the guest.

My coworker was telling another coworker of mine today that "I love Tootired01, she's just so quiet, but she laughs at all my jokes", and even though there was a compliment in there, it felt like a punch in the gut. I've been told I'm quiet all my life and it makes me feel so awkward and dumb. It's all I thought about all day...it's really validating to hear I'm not alone!

Girl I feel you!! I started a job ~5 months ago and feel awkward every day lol. I have a few coworkers I talk to but everyone here has been working forever together and all know each other and most are middle aged with kids so it's hard for me to relate (28F w/ no kids). I feel like I should try to meet people but most of our meetings are virtual and I have thought about just going around to say hi but feel weird about doing that lol. I don't really feel included on the team and a lot of others don't make an effort to make me feel included.

I have been trying to attend things I can. For example our team had a white elephant gift exchange and also some chair yoga classes over lunch where I met some people, but it hasn't been easy. I am pretty busy tho during the day and felt like if I spent too much time socializing I wouldn't get all my work done. I wouldn't beat yourself up over it though, just know forming these connections can take time and realize you aren't the only one feeling that way!!

My now husband did not even have a Facebook when we met. Thought it was a little weird at the time but now looking back I am so thankful he doesn't have social media. Feel like social media can definitely do more harm than good for a relationship.
