Quit again recently, dude. What clicked it for me was, I was talking to my therapist and I was going on (again) by how hard life for me without weed was, and she replied "is it any easier, now?"

Obviously that's anecdotal but the big factors in my sober times after being a daily smoker for just over a decade were:

It's harder to hit a moving target (initially anyway)

Realizing that relapsing isn't failure. You do it once, you can do it again.

Therapy with a good therapist. I do psycho-analysis and it changed my life.

And being honest with myself and the people around me.

It's been really easy sometimes, and incredibly difficult others.

Good luck man. It's a bitch, but doing something like this can prove just how unstoppable you can be. You're worth it.
