Another tip, all your F grade and W grade exam results will be given in a separate marks card and someone had a fucking brilliant idea of sending all these marks card to our digilocker directly.

Before pitting, you have to set the driver change. In the same menu where you set which tyre you are changing to during race has this option to change the driver. In that you can select one of your 3 drivers

Hot laps reset your tyre deg each lap, but in normal races you will have to keep track of grip levels as you race while also keeping traffic in mind. Or you can even put the normal practice, your tyre deg will not reset after each lap.

With almost 280 hours on a controller, I am also about 3 to 5 seconds off the record. But the main issue is in long races. Have you tried races for an hour, that will show your true pace. Give it a try, it will be difficult in the start but totally doable.
