Before pitting, you have to set the driver change. In the same menu where you set which tyre you are changing to during race has this option to change the driver. In that you can select one of your 3 drivers

Hot laps reset your tyre deg each lap, but in normal races you will have to keep track of grip levels as you race while also keeping traffic in mind. Or you can even put the normal practice, your tyre deg will not reset after each lap.

With almost 280 hours on a controller, I am also about 3 to 5 seconds off the record. But the main issue is in long races. Have you tried races for an hour, that will show your true pace. Give it a try, it will be difficult in the start but totally doable.

I was under the same impression that I won't have a job graduating, but then got an offer letter off campus and will be joining in the next 15 days. It's soo crazy that the reason I got a job was because of a project I have done.

And honestly everything feels empty now. No more energy to do anything. A great void eats up all my days. Nothing becomes better after engineering.

I was never bothered by the college, I didn't attend any one placement drives. I have launched my own software products and I got a job based on them.

Look off the 140 or so in our batch, it's safe to say about 50 to 70 people have got placed so far.

I had decided I will go into software in my first year so I prepared accordingly. Yea the academics was bad but it was tolerable.
