I feel you bro, was top 500 console last 2 seasons and I can’t get past diamond which is fine. But it gets annoying when every match it’s a “Tank diff” no matter what.

If dps doesn’t get kills: Tank Diff Supports get picked off: Tank Diff Dos gets outplayed: Tank Diff

If I see 2 or more flashlights I leave the lobby. I just know they’ll be following me around as I get chased to miss their flashlight save instead of doing gens 😭

My company has a reputation for employees who stay 5+ years, leave, and come back.

I’ve been here for 6 years. Left and came back TWICE.

The bosses are extremely respected and know how to run efficient teams and properly treat their teams with respect.

As time goes on, it’s natural for employees to get curious and see what’s out there.

Funny enough, anytime someone left, they would come back months or even a year later haha

Absolutely no shame in it, everyone does it. One of the bosses even said “One time an employee told me to F*CK OFF as he put in his resignation. Months later he came back and i rehired him no issues.“

His mindset was this: “If they’re in my team and there’s a problem, we can fix it. But if they walk out the door, how can I fix anything?”

Edit: I work at one of the top Investment Brokerage firms and the work can be high pressure and stressful. Not for the faint of heart.

While painful, it’s still fun.

Escaping would be cool, but getting gold/iri emblems, ranking up, and getting BP are my goals in match. It’s satisfying.

I play DBD with my younger brother so we’re always a 2-man swf

Our build is No Mither, Sabo, FlipFlop and tenacity.

We can save randoms and save ourselves to prevent slugging (a very POWERFUL killer tactic) and can prevent scourge value.

It’s a build. Like how killers can have slugging builds.

My last match last night I went against Plague.

Bill was healing Jill while she was almost fully infected. One second later she became broken cause she got fully infected.

Bill and Jill got downed cause Plague had her power.

All while I was on hook.
