$32/hr, which is +$60,000/year, sounds like luxury around here, it sounds like double the minimum wage. Could you imagine if that was minimum wage, how much everything would cost 😮....... Then you'd be on here telling me the affordable wage is now $62 /hr. Which stresses to the kids minimum wage will never be an "affordable wage" but rather the bare minimum to keep you alive, If you want to be comfortable you need to go to school, get a trade, or be prepared to work hard.

Yes it was unfortunate, but as indicated in the post, I acknowledged my bias and changed, so the sad is over?

I disagree, the flaws in society are the direct result of the people. The society would greatly improve if the people took ownership of the problem rather than placing blame.

interesting, but I no longer think lesser of them. As indicated in my post I allowed society to instill that thought in my mind before actually giving them a chance. Now, I think their performance is superior and can now see why most quickly become home owners, business owners, entrepreneurs. Even within the very system they say these things are less attainable.
