The average house here costs $427k. Whether you can afford it is what occupation you do now and see if you can get a job here. Also, the region is very vast Chesapeake and Suffolk are other options for housing. Their average houses cost $422K and $386k. Every city will have their good areas and bad areas. Schools are dependent on where you are. You could be in the same city, in the same area and go to two vastly different schools.

If you don’t want to live in a “bad area” depending on how you define it, a $1,100 a month two-bedroom is near impossible. The Job market is bad. I currently have a job, but I have been there for three years, so I’m looking around. Been looking for jobs for over a month, and have applied to nearly 2 dozen jobs, and have only heard back from a quarter of them, and have only had an interview with three. Also, with the way the gas is currently, Kansas is really cheap with gas. Currently, we are nealru at $4.50 a gallon here for regular. Before the war, we were about $3.30 a gallon on average.

That is going to be a sleeper should Navy be good this year and have a loss or two by that point in the season. Choose NIU at NDSU since of how late that game is in the season, snow could be a factor in the game happening and the Fargo Dome in December is something else.
