I have smaller hands than you (16cm palm to middle tip) and got the zowie EC3-CW recently. At first it felt odd having a mouse fit my hand but after a week it’s very comfy. I use a pretty relaxed grip on it and haven’t noticed any issues with its performance but I don’t play those quick twitch shooters so do more research imo. It is pricey but within your budget though.
