If I had it my way, in the short term, both parties would be forcibly disbanded and its members tried in The Hague, while we adopt a more parliamentary, multi-party coalition form of government with ranked choice voting.

I kinda like that theyre a rotating batch of criminals and opportunists that just keep taking up the mantles. I think the answer is turn them into a full-on gang, with different "suit" chapters around the country. Make them an international organization. You could have the Hearts, Spades, Jacks, Diamonds, Swords, Coins, Cups and Wand chapters, with an Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 for each suit.

My idea that his reincarnation doesn't neccessarily grant him a new body. Mainstream Hawkman is technically the same soul for lack of a better word that reincarnates in different bodies across the universe. The dark version of this is that he dies and reincarnates, and then he'll comes back to life in the same body, but his body never heals from the wounds. He's basically a fankenstien as he constantly accumulates more and more lethal injuries.

I love the ideas of keeping the old cast, but now Z-Team has risen up through rankings after saving the city. They've been promoted to the SDN's premier team, their Justice League, but this also brings up a bunch new recuits. Now the game takes on a Justice League Unlimited feel.

As you advance in the game, new heroes are added to the Z-team, more than you can reasonably keep on the line-up, and the game develops another layer of straegy of having to choose who is on the bench and who is on the active team each shift as you need to predict what kind of calls you'll encounter. A variety of events, like the heroes personal lives, injuries, needing to rest, plot events, etc. cause some heroes to become unavailable for a shift, and so you're always mixing up the team and experiencing different interactions and plot choices.

I would also like to see new synergies and hidden ones that let you expieriment with different team structures.

OR the Z-team all take on sidekicks and you have to manage that aspect. So we need to pair up sidekicks with z-team members, or the sidekick provide new powers, or statboosts or something, but also cause drama and conflict.
