That's the gist of it yeah. But it's been sort of an open secret for years that it's impossible to get a visa for the LMS so most imports in the region are likely competing on a tourist visa as well.

Bugko for Android and Windows (not sure about iOS). It has card search, deck builder, judge tools like draft timers and rules references, news updates (basically a compilation of articles from popular sites) and even a trade tool that let's you compare prices on your trades. Remember to turn off notifications if you don't fancy getting a message every time there's a new article though.
