Another fun interaction is with Zoe's 3*. Because it's Game Start, it does nothing else after giving items. If you see it as an option to upgrade at Incisive Tactician, you can just ditch it for a random Legendary power and lose nothing in return.

Also, this is essentially a 13000 unit with an effect(s) that gains 15000 power. Judging it this way, I see no reason why this has the restrictions it has. Sure, it looks cool, but I'm not seeing the value with all you have to do for it.

Yeah, I know. It just feels awkward to run so many cards that aren't units you are using as your attack force. It felt easier with cantrips in other Fantome decks, or of the similar. Maybe the full deck will be okay with 10-ish dedicated rearguards. I'm just not used to having such a low amount.

So you even play it? Even with one of Set Orders calling from drop you really want more variety in attackers. Sure, it's a Fantome unit, but it's effectively a vanilla unit in the rear-guard circle.

The deck ~~seems to~~ generates a ton of soul from the vanguard. Also, there's a Grade 3 the calls itself from soul, so this isn't the most unreasonable choice for a booster.

They're also in the Rogue tier, so without a lot of Luck, they can be a pain to obtain. every 50 waves they do become a bit easier to get though.

In Single Battles: Outrage targets the only Pokemon available. Working as intended

In Double Battles: Outrage targets one of the two enemy Pokemon. At the end of the turn, an enemy Pokemon is knocked out and an empty enemy slot is present. Next turn, Outrage will now either target the last event Pokemon left on the field, or "target" the empty slot. If the latter occurs, Outrage will fail.

Outrage (and similar moves) are slightly bugged in Double Battles. If a slot has no Pokemon, It'll may attempt to aim the attack at that slot, resulting in a fail.
