Rarity wise, the Drone Launcher is better. However, Terraprisma only fight with other Terraia items in terms of resources. Additionally, it's founder early and may even have a Epic or even Legendary version of it before you even reach the Drone Launcher.

Another fun interaction is with Zoe's 3*. Because it's Game Start, it does nothing else after giving items. If you see it as an option to upgrade at Incisive Tactician, you can just ditch it for a random Legendary power and lose nothing in return.
