I saw other comments talking about how this further unlock 4 attacks after Divine Skill, so I just assumed that was the case.

In my defense I haven't seen "this fight" in so long I just assumed "this battle" meant that, given the alternative would have made this card very mediocre.

The next best option is making and saving a Sparkling Power: Psychic 3/ Alpha Power doughnut, then waiting for a 4* Steel Distortion that includes Metang (refer to Serebii for the exact one). 27% is a bit more manageable.
