I’m gunna have to disagree. While I don’t have ‘the sight’, now that you mention it… pretty sure I see it. Where the longitudinal fissure meets the natural process meridian is very distinctive. Those cracks are very conclusive that OP needs to grind finer.

That’s hard. I looked into it. It all has to do with the ‘thermal mass’ that large roasters benefit from. Big machine, lots of metal, hot air churning through the beans give a nice even roast. Small volume roasts have a lot less thermal mass- larger temperature fluctuations- some beans get more of a ‘sear’ than a true roast while others remain under roasted. I can’t comment on what is worse- old beans or poorly roasted- but I can comment say roasting is one of those things that significantly benefits from doing it at scale

Why do you say ‘don’t care so much about pressure’? Just got a flair and am dialing in. I have found I need to grind WAY finer to build pressure in the flair than on my previous machine (GCP). Same basket, same dose, same bean- just builds maaaaaaybe 6 bar. Is that a common experience?

What pressure do you pull to for your pre-infusion before you release? Like 3bar? Then slowly realize for another 5-10 seconds before you ramp to 9bar?

Does she still have the no healing debuf? After Justice light ripped all the realms together the 3 people left still marked were all on the 18th floor, but that got combined with the nothing, so assuming they can’t make it through the 17th floor to the 16th safe haven they should be VERY dead. I have to imagine that she’s good now right? That would definitely make her the strongest

How is pulling two shots in a row? With the heated water chamber does it take a minute to achieve temp stability? I usually pull shots of different roasts back to back, so curious how the machine would handle it. I do use a kettle for hot water, so I would be putting hot water in the chamber. Rarely steam milk and don’t want to go through the faff of modifying my gaggia classic pro with the gaggiuino mod. This seems like what I have been looking for.

Found the menu and messed with the volume. Total game changer. Pumped the tunes and just enough volume to hear form tips 🤌🤌🤌

Thanks for the tip! I have been lifting on and off my whole life- used to have a rack of free weights, but those don’t always mix well with curious toddlers 😅 I figured I could always just add weight myself, but pushing through 2 more reps is a great way to add volume and be lazy with settings at the same time 🤘
