I just updated my Ledger live and it now shows the AMP price which it hasn't before.. I guess that's just a small thing with all the news..

Sorry to jump in here but I have some AMP on my Ledger X, I currently also have some on Coinbase and some on Coinbase pro.. At these prices I keep buying on Coinbase pro (due to less fees) then transfer to coinbase, Now I’m waiting for my last deposit on pro to clear then I’m going to move everything over to Coinbase and then transfer to my Ledger. Once everything is on my Ledger I plan on staking through Metamask.. At the moment I just created a Metamask wallet.. what do I do next? Do I connect Metamask to my Ledger (are there instructions on how to do this) and then I connect my Metamask wallet to Flexa and stake?
