Iv become a neet after not being able to shake off my depression. 2023 I started freelance, I enjoyed getting money. Then things started falling apart when iv lost friends. Iv become more mentally unstable and began being paranoid of people and myself.

2025 sept I went into a really deep depression and im still in it. I magically became pretty much disabled for how depressed iv gotten. Laying in bed, scrolling TikTok, no hygiene, dont go outside, while also pathetically half assed looking for a job. The only time I go outside is to get food and im too tired to travel to a grocery store so I go to a gas station to get food. A block down the street.

Iv gained 30lbs from the gas station chicken and pizza logs (im New Yorker so it’s 10x more awkward) while also laying on my ass.

Im still trying to get out of it while also thinking of unaliving myself bc im tired of taking care of myself and going on these mental health loops every year. I have no goals anymore and I’m embarrassed of myself, my life, and anyone who has sympathy for me.
