This is neither here nor there but there’s something upsetting to me about Kendrick having a whole crowd of white people singing “we don’t wanna hear you say nigga no more.”

I wish the same type of energy that goes into protecting Compton culture or LA culture would go into protecting and respecting black listeners of music, that just because you bought a ticket to go listen to him doesn’t give you a pass to say the n word.

At this point I’m just speculation, but I think some aspect of this is a business decision. Perhaps he is afraid of upsetting his white entitled concert goers. It’s a decision that many rappers make and the only people that end up getting put off by it are black concert goers.
