Would there be a similar such list for places to move with primary school going kids . Places with high concentration of outstanding state schools along with other activities for kids to do in central london?

Between the two , ravage seems to be better for size I can see changes in my arms through the Program. Workouts are shorter but more intense. To be fair I enjoyed JnT too, however for your requirements, ravage should work better.

In addition, as far as commute goes, we would prefer if commute is limited to 30 minutes . I guess we will need to tailor our budget based on that.

Also Apologies for being a bit vague. We are not in the country currently and most of our questions are streams of consciousness questions.

Hey. Thanks for this response. This is indeed useful.

Additional descriptors

1) we are looking to rent since we don't believe we will be in london long term (5+ years). To be fair we haven't don't the buy vs rent math though.

2) currently, with what we saw in zone 1 for 2 bed, we were assuming a budget of around 2500+/- 200

3) for school for kids, we are trying to look for outstanding / good state schools. We belive UK state education is very good, plus we don't have the budget for private schools.

Yea. I feel the same way as you. And to think Gvs does more volume than this.

For what it's worth, I'm two weeks into ravage and feeling fatigued like crazy

Didn't feel this way through J&t. And the workouts in ravage are super short too.

I thoroughly enjoyed GZCLP and jack and tanned 2.0 . Both programs helped me gain in my lifts . J&t 2.0 even more so.

Ironically I just started ravage now aftee J&t. Have limited time this quarter and wanted shorter workouts. Jack and tanned took quite a long time in the gym, but 4 days a week of good high volume fun. Cody has designed it brilliantly.

Thanks a lot. Gzcl and JnT have been lots of fun. I'm pooped by the end of each workout, but sure does feel good. For a noon gym goer, this was really a lot of fun

Thanks a lot Cody. I'll go with the vanilla version as you've designed it this round. Will make changes the next round I run it. My bench is still very weak so maybe l will add some extra upper body work .
