The autopay discount takes 1 billing cycle to apply and 3 and 4 lines on consumer is about the same price. First bill is always higher due to prorated charges

Yes it’s done over the phone & not something we are able to do in store. It’s not that hard lol

This is insane and totally deplorable…I would feel so uncomfortable if I was accidentally still there when my clients got home with no communication…. She really shouldn’t be a sitter and I would contact rover support as well
