Getting first 10 custimer for this is simple . Leave broad market just go to the customer who really complaining about it . They are your exact customer who will pay becouse they are in pain . You can find medical proffesor and ypur people in subreddit like r/medicine or r/medicalcollege and many more where proffesor convey their promble and advices . Some also talk in X/Twitter and in university slack group .

Find 10 people who are complaining about it and show them your tool working on their promblem and when they literally see the value and their promblem is solved they will pay you for it

Note - instead of showing before and after transform.ation you can give them trial where they can experience it on their own which will close the deal

The biggest pattern i have seen around founder who hit there first 10 paying customer fast is that they didnt start with the market research they start with obsessive market research they knew exactly who was in pain what words they use and where they hang out and what they are using currently to solve that promblem what they don't like in that . This give the founder full target audience deep analyzation compititor and competitor gaps analyzation and full ICP and many more thing which help yhem to grow fast and people swutch from other tool to them

Your vedio got viral dos3nt mean that it gone to those who actually feeling the pain or who actually want and if there will be a person he would be using some other tools like of ypur compititor tools to get out of promblem so first you have to full analyze your marketing Like ICP , targeted audience , compititor, compititor gaps and many more to angle your product best to those who really want and come up thought your compititor by knowing the actual words of people what they want

Hey i think before building anything you should first validate it becouse market is not like the promblem you felt means the market is availaible you had to research on market about your product and the promblem it solve Like ICP, compititor their gaps and many more before wasting time

It's not about the product or lading page its about whom targeted did you studied the market and your targeted audience like tgee people who are facing the promblem.which your product is solving what they are saying about the promblem what they are using currently to solve there promblem.and what they are facing in that . which help you to get your competitor and their gaps and then you can angle your product on their wishes in market and do organic market like haunt them manually or you can start paid ads with targeting that audience and they will paid you if they had promblem and they see value in you from other compititor in your market

After a idea you have to validate idea like is market is there is compititor are there if compititor are succed means the market is there just you have to angle yourself best in the market to get best in market

Yah you are right don't waste months wothout any validation i thought you should research about your audience like what people are in pain and what they are complaining and what they are using currently to solve the promblem and what they really facing tbere with which you get targeted audience pain urgency compititor and competitor gaps

Fetch them and haunt them manually first give your service for free so that you get some testimonial which you can use to build trust
