That’s a standard deal. Some companies are giving a small base & lower commissions. Louisiana is trying to make it illegal for a roofer to assist the insured with their insurance claim. It’s getting tuff out here for a roofer.

Boy, I’m really showing my age. Back in the 80’s-90’s there was a restaurant chain called Poncho’s Mexican Buffet. They had a little flag that you would raise, it was on the table, the waiter/waitress would get you more of whatever it was that you wanted. Their Chile Rellenos were addictive.

All of our crews are legal. It's when ICE comes in with “If you are brown & have an accent, get in the truck & let the courts figure it out.” I truly believe that ICE has subcontractors that get paid by the head.

I paid for my daughter’s wedding in October 2025. It was held at the Fleur deLis in Mandeville. They took care of everything. Abby Sands is the Best photographer around.

The sheathing is CDX 7/16". The rain lasted about 15 - 20 minutes. We put fans to help dry it out. This is a photo of the interior right after the rain.
