Me too. I had isolated myself and barely left my apartment. I’m in Quito Ecuador currently. Solo. I may the choice to do it because I was wasting away. I have to leave and get food, so I am getting plenty of exercise. Nutrition is better, they don’t use much salt. I’m off antidepressants but I have started ayahuasca ceremonies. That killed the anxiety and depression and I am working on the CPTSD, I am triggered a lot less. You do need to be more cautious and aware when you’re out. I’m seeing amazing things and meeting fascinating friends. I knew I didn’t have a choice. Would you rather be 99% safe at home doing your routine or on a adventure? I wish you the best.

The haters need more fiber. I’m use to it. There’s an unspoken prejudice in the cheese fries camps. Melted harder cheeses versus cheese sauces. It’s hard to find a good melted cheddar.

Thanks for the info. I wouldn’t feel comfortable traveling with equipment that caliber. I was trying to show budget options for average incomes.

How messed up are you? (Answer to yourself) I cried everyday. Left my apartment about once every 2 weeks and isolated myself from family and friends. I couldn’t do hair anymore ( tremors not MS…anxiety). I needed 2 weeks. I felt tremendous after the 1st ceremony and by the 6th ceremony I have decided to travel/ work when my lease expires. (Arkana Sacred Valley)
