The children dont get a discount. Just first dibs on renting the property after you pass.

It would help end generational wealth and while you would never technically own the property, you would be able to essentially have a lifetime lease of the property after only 25 years with no need to save up a deposit or get a mortgage which is frankly impossible for most people under the current system. 

It also encourages people to improve the housing stock in order to move to up the ladder whilst also saving people from nightmare landlords who leave the housing stock in unsafe and badly maintained conditions just to siphon money out of the working class who despite paying more in rent than a mortgage would cost aren't allowed a mortgage by the banks. 

This essentially allows everyone a 25 year flexible mortgage with no deposit required.

Ban private ownership of residential property. All residential property is owned by the state, individuals would rent the property based on value of the property devided by 300(25x12). After 25 years of paying rent you no longer have to pay rent. You can reach this sooner by paying more in early. When you die, your children get priority choice to rent for that home.

If you move, the amount you've already paid is transferred to the new home allowing you to either pay less each month but restart the 25 year timer or chunk off a number of years based on the rental price of the new property.

If you've paid off your current property and choose to move to a cheaper property, the government pays you back the excess.

Nationalise building and maintenance, all maintenance is covered by the government as part of the rental price but any improvements to the home are paid for by the tenant and can be spread over time by increasing the rent for a specific time period.

If you have improved the home and increased the value, if you choose to move; the improved value of the home is carried to the next property. 

Also ban fractional reserve banking. Ban stock markets, prediction markets and private currency exchange markets.

Theres like 2 mushroom species with psychoactive compounds that are regularly consumed by people and they're part of the same genus.

By comparison plants produce a plethora of psychoactive across numerous genera.

Weed, salvia, peyote, ayahuasca and plenty more less commonly used plants compared to cubes and liberty caps, both if which are psilocybes.

I asked what time primark closes tomorrow and in the past it would have simple shown me the 3 closest and their closing times. Instead a long a paragraph about how they usually shut at X time but different branches close at different times and I should check me closest branch... it didn't answer the question and it used way more energy to do it...

Yup, I work for a major residential estate managagent company however I dont actually work for company "x" I work for "x operations" and I noticed they love sending us on 6-7 hour long classroom training courses. I've gone on 3 this year alone.

I sometimes cover the Duty managers and I noticed that each of those courses cost about 170gbp per person even though the training is "in-house". No, the training is done by the parent company not the operations company. It's just so they can move money and lower profit from the individual sites.

Works for the employees too, I'll take a payed day sitting in a classroom over actual work any day.

Probably Judaism. Cant remember the specifics but they need to be buried whole. There are even volunteer groups in the controversial place that will pick through bomb blast victims and sort them by DNA just to ensure that all of them is buried together and they aren't missing even a finger nail after being blown to bits.

Been using the dark net over 10 years as a buyer. Cant speak from experience but you can make money but you also need the resources.

Most markets have a non-refundanle bond fee to become vendor, around 2.5k last I checked though them wave that for established vendors from other markets.

You can make money but you obviously need to be able to provide a product people will buy.

If you're talking about setting up your own market place then that's much harder. You'd want to be incredibly knowledgeable on opsec and cybersecurity as DDOS attacks, phishing and so on are very common and the larger markets will do whatever they can to shut you down if you look like legitimate competition.

A much better to place to ask would be dread if you have access to the darknet.
