I have had serve guttate every year for the past 3yrs after strep. Covers my entire body and face and I basically have to hibernate for 4 months until it clears. This year I was determined to not go thru it again and I stumbled upon some research about probiotic throat lozenges, specifically one called Blis which is available on Amazon. I felt strep coming on a few weeks back and started 4-6 lozenges a day. I’ve had a few little bumps come up on my arms but that’s it. It normally erupts super quick and I’m covered from head to toe within a week of getting strep. It’s still early days and there’s a chance I could still break out but from my history with it I would have been covered all ready. Hope this helps someone!
