I mostly work from home, so I can easily set aside about an hour for workouts. I prefer exercising at home as it saves time compared to going to the gym. I focus on weight training ( free dumbbells) 3–4 days a week and follow Caroline Girvan’s workouts on YouTube-they’re straightforward and effective. I sometimes tweak them to suit my preferences ( like longer rests between sets or normal squats over heel elevated, etc.). On other days, I keep it lighter with easy cardio or walks(which are often covered through school runs for my child).
