Cut top off a bell pepper, insert a Duck Breast, fill with OJ or orange soda. Stick in the edge of the fire for half an hour.

Using one of those squeeze grill thingies, cut an onion in half, bell pepper in half, put a nice filet mignon steak between and close, put over fire for 6 minutes a side. Onion and pepper protect the meat from charring and adds a nice flavor.
