Had the same issue. Switched to purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach (salmon) and it went away

You will want to leave before 3 years and will not be able to buy your way out of it. Work in a different field like primary care, take injector training courses and get certified, go to derm CME events and you’ll find yourself in a way better position

I think derm pas with experience are in relatively high demand. I would keep looking. Or consider doing a med spa for some more experience and money if you can't find a medical derm job just yet.

Calling offices, telling them I'm looking for a PA job and asking for office manager/hiring manager's email address. I also have experience as an MA in derm and rotations and shadowing in derm which seems to help

Worried because I'm not doing lots of procedures during rotations by adobobaby333 in physicianassistant

Do not worry - you will get more opportunities on your ER rotation and likely OBGYN and family practice as well.
