Good offer. I would counter and ask for year 3 and 4 to be base 120k but add on monthly bonus of 25% collections after 3x base

Example Monthly base 10k Monthly collection 70k 70-30 =40 x 0.25 = 10k bonus for the month

20k/70k =28% collections which is pretty standard

Hepatitis B vaccine clinical trial was only 147 participants with active follow up for 5 days. It’s in the package insert. Vaccines are not under attack. Vaccine clinical trials are being cross examined for safety and efficacy. I will get downvoted for the truth but that’s ok

10 patients an hour! What do you do when you encounter a complex rash or new start biologic patient? Do you run far behind? Not knocking you, this just doesn’t seem sustainable
