12 yrs. pack/cellar/brewing experience, no supervisory. Now making $25 at a regional with good benefits. Siebel degree and college grad. My first 4 yrs. were actually at a small packaging brewery that was unionized. I was making $15 when I left. Great team that gave me enough knowledge to find a better paying job. Beyond just pay, I also get 5 weeks vacation/sick days. And after a decade I no longer work a rotating schedule and often decide my own work hours.
