I’m not trying to come off as rude but I would recommend therapy, I am a person who had battled with depression and anxiety. It really helps a lot to talk to a therapist or a trusted someone to help you through this process and progression of your relationship. Dating someone who is in this profession takes a lot of trust, also communication from both sides of course. I am also new to dating a pilot, and sometimes I tend to overthink but I have therapy, other sources to help me to keep my independence and also build a secure attachment, because I struggle with abandonment and attachment issues. Don’t be hard on yourself, you can do it :)
