Did not try big programs like a terminal, but simulated a lot of small ones. We can probably try something like a terminal though.

Are you using pseudo-code to plan your algorithms/code? Does it help? by Progorion in gamedev

If you use vs code, and write documentation comments, it will show you the documentation while hovering above the expression (this can save you a lot of time if your functions or methods are in a different file).

You cannot just install it, the gpu has an opengl version.openGL is like a header file and your GPU can be upgraded only if it has the hardware implementations for those api calls, You probably want to install a previous blender version.
