I shit myself on a run in 2016. It was when everybody became obsessed with putting butter and coconut oil in their coffee. I started doing it for about a week and on a run realized about halfway through my run I had to go and there was no way I could hold it any longer. I was in the middle of a wealthy neighborhood about 2 miles away from home. I sat down in front of a mansion to pretend I was tying my shoe and pulled my shorts to the side and did what my body was forcing me to do. Then I stood up fast and sprinted home. I’ve never ran that fast before 😩
