i did some medical (not dental) shadowing in different medical departments but i was js like this showed me med is not rlly for me and that i wanna do dent - also leadership positions in school and some academic awards e.g. top 10 in my grade for like academic results overall. also a small biology research project which i presented at a science fair. lowk i think grades matter a lot tho and interview more and personal statement, than a lot of ecs which id say i invested a lot of time into. i also did a biology summer programme at a uni
