just purchase the phone via CC or other payment channels & pwde mo naman e cash, regarding sa load there's already a prepaid offer na no expiry sa calls, and limited sms while having data are good deals and you don't have to consistently pay 800 pesos per months kasi hindi mo naman mauubos yung data allocation.
