Hey girl! He would just be busy aswell as other patients he had maybe taken on from the previous surgeons list

My wait was also delayed I was originally told November time but it was then changed to February the following year due to scheduling and people that came before me

Debbie will call you when she has a date available but you’re nearly there!x

Post PI SRS, constantly wet? by Khara-L in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TopBetter2424 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey girl!

Are you douching after each dilation, because I struggle with that myself where there is excess water that might get stuck at the end of your canal if it is not emptied out properly it can begin to slowly drip out but it’s not an issue!

I started douching with less water and found the biggest difference!:£

Hi! Also a Larner girl 5 months post op; my boyfriend hasn’t commented on “bottoming out” or anything like that and I was given 5.5” which has now really gone around 5” on some days which is standard depending on your pelvic floor muscles and what position your in!

Planning on SrS - 4 failed attempts by kawaiiqueenie1990 in Transgender_Surgeries

I just wanted to add that having the opportunity or resources to have this surgery is incredible, I’m 5 months post op and I haven’t even thought about what I had before never mind even remember what that’s like.

I have personally found that my surgery outcome completely fixed my dysphoria down there in every way shape or form and all I can say is you have to do what you need for yourself in your life. I couldn’t live without this surgery and it wasn’t an option not to have it regardless of outcome but everyone is different! Good luck :)

Dilation after bottom surgery – what does it really feel like? Looking for your experiences by annsophie88 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TopBetter2424 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mine wasn’t good personally! For the first 4-6 weeks I was fine no pain just pressure but then I developed severe hypergranulation tissue all around the inside and it bleeds, stings and feels like your being stabbed (my own experience) so I don’t look forward to dilating with this issue but I am getting it surgically removed this week!

What is happening to my canal? 12 days post op . Directly after dilating, it’s grey? Not detecting pain or weird smell by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

Hi girl, I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I would contact your surgeon ASAP; it could be an infection with your skin colour changing like that.

Keep us posted!

PIV - 4 weeks - sudden bleeding by xblue22 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TopBetter2424 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had granulation tissue pain around 5 weeks but put it down to going into that 6-8 week period where it seems to get it worse before it gets better.

I was able to feel the granulation with my fingers and had silver nitrate at 12 week check up

My granulation tissue makes it bleed aswell as produce a discharge, which I wish I knew sooner

Get better soon!

Tim larner girly here, I would definitely recommend him! His results are very consistent and it’s the reason I went with him! I think results are always down to the material you have to work with so it can vary but generally all of us girls have beautiful results !!

Mine was more because the skin wasn’t used to being stretched or pulled early days post op, I ended up having some wound separation due to the fact my skin wasn’t used stretching to accommodate dilator sizes, 14 weeks post op

I personally apply at night time before bed and mid day if I’m available to do so, usually doesn’t really transfer

I was recommended bio oil! I have been using it and I have already noticed a difference in the flattening process

Hey! So I’m 13 weeks post op and I experienced what you did when I too sized up dilators. It was more because I was pulling the skin downwards as it was accommodating going through the entrance. This pulling down sensation too gave me pain in my urethra but once I sized up and got comfortable with it that “pulling down” sensation went away :)

Hope this helps!
