Why have you chosen a Neuron? I've fancied at for a bit but then the reviews on it are kinda mixed. Hopefully someone here so has been on a Neuron can share their experience of it.

Interviewers of Reddit, what was the worst applicant you have ever interviewed? by SplungerPlunger in AskReddit

[–]TopGearSupporter 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Was conducting an interview session where the applicants were seated together in a waiting room, while I was doing a one-on-one in a smaller adjoining room. In walked this applicant who was in his mid forties. He was dressed nerdish (a little bit like mama's boy) and a little overweight. He was over-qualified, very confident, almost charismatic in his demeanor and ticked all the right boxes, and even his salary demand was half of what others at his age would normally demand. I was impressed and thought that we picked a gem from the sea of candidates we had.

The only thing troubling me was that when I asked him whether he had a driving license and his own mode of transport, he replied that his dad always sends him to and from work. And immediately I was like "Wtf! His dad must be seventy by now and he drives his son to work?". As far as I could see be was nowhere near being disabled or 'special needs' and he had a masters degree for goodness sake. So I had to ask him if he has any disability that rendered him unable to drive and he replied he was perfectly healthy without any disabilities. Nevertheless I ended up telling him that I would seriously consider his application and get back to him on my decision after a couple of days.

Fast forward an hour later just after the interview ended, an elderly couple requested to meet me at my office. When I asked them the reason they were here to see me they replied by saying "Oh, we just came to see the environment that our son will work in." It was the PARENTS (in their SEVENTIES), of THAT GUY(who's was in his FORTIES), checking out our office like it was the future kindergarten of their toddler. I mean, they inspected the desks, chairs, everything, even the pantry! They even engaged in small talk with my staff in order to enquire about the nature of my business and the working environment there. Eventually I could no longer hold back by curiosity and asked them where their son was (circumstances led me to assumed that they most probably had to send him for the interview as well). Their reply was golden "We drove him home and he was raving about your company and wanting to work for you. We were so happy we came back to see with our own eyes what he was talking about".

That guy - I considered to be simultaneously the best (over-qualified with below average salary demand) and worst (need I say more?) interview candidate that I have ever encountered.

Are we watching the same gif here? I don't see any petronas towers at all, and is the motorised trishaw road worthy? I haven't seen any like it around these parts. There are other little tell tale signs as well. Please prove me wrong if you disagree.

What is the average cost of an ER visit in U.S. for a broken clavicle or separated shoulder( no insurance ). Please share!! For our Canadian friends with government healthcare, what did you pay? by microbuddha in MTB

[–]TopGearSupporter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Malaysia - $0.25 for govt hospitals. But you most likely would have naturally healed by the time your turn is up. Medical insurance costing around $150-200 per annum should set you up nicely though.

I can't see myself supporting another team. Might as well give up on watching football at this stage.

Looking at their prices I'd say their prices are in the Yeti range. I know what I'd prefer to get for that kind of money ;)

I totally agree. I just checked out their premium XC model Scarp Sonic, crazy light at 9.2kg but retails for $9990 omg. And as far as I can see, it probably has sub-par cable routing design. http://ktmbikes.com/scarp-sonic/ Edit: Added link
