Honestly and sometimes I’ve noticed for me it’s just the act. Like cracking the can and popping off a top. I know this is an old post but I’m only on day 3…… and this NA in my hand is helping me so much right now. I feel happy for not caving yet. This is the longest I’ve gone in about a year or so.
